Leave of Absence and Cancellation Forms

If you do not intend to complete your course you can notify Mediation Institute by completing a Cancellation Form.

Generally, there will be no refund once you have commenced the course unless special circumstances apply.  

If you would like to put your course on hold for a period of time, please use the Leave of Absence Form.

Refund Eligibility:

Refund Exclusions:

    • Before Enrollment – If you cancel before enrollment, you are eligible for a refund.

      • Enrollment occurs when you make your first installment payment and receive course login details.
      • Once enrolled, the deposit or first payment is non-refundable.
    • Course Unavailability – If the course cannot be provided by us, a refund will be issued.

    • Advance Payments & Cancellation:

      • If you have made advance payments and cancel within:
        • 6 months (for core units)
        • 10 months (for full qualification)
      • A proportionate refund may be available after deducting:
        • The deposit
        • A 20% RTO and administrative fee from the remaining paid fees.

If you exceed the standard completion time, refunds are not available.

If you are facing difficulties, you are encouraged to:

    • Request a leave of absence (pause your installments).
    • Seek support from the training team to assist you in completing the course.
