Student Handbook

The Student Handbook is a document that contains information about Mediation Institute Training Policies and Procedures including information about assessment, cancellations and other terms and conditions. Please read prior to enrolling.

Our Vocational  Education and Training (VET) Courses are delivered in a training  partnership with Inspiritive Pty Ltd RTO Code 21178.

Refund Policy:  Refunds are generally not available unless you have paid in advance, a course or activity you have purchased does not proceed.

Refund Policy: Generally, refunds are not provided except when a prepaid course or activity is cancelled.

Cancellation Form

If you do not intend to complete your course you can notify Mediation Institute by completing a Cancellation Form.

Generally, there will be no refund once you have commenced the course unless special circumstances apply.  

If you would like to put your course on hold for a period of time, please use the Leave of Absence Form.
