3rd Party Evidence
Some people roll their eyes at the concept of “Social Proof”, but it is just 3rd party evidence that what a business says is actually what they deliver.
We offer high-quality, flexible, accessible online skills development for dispute resolution professionals and membership-based support for qualified practitioners. That is often reflected in the reviews which for us is confirmation that we are achieving what we set out to do.
As a training provider, I know all about 3rd Party Evidence as we need to seek that out if someone applies for recognition of prior learning and with our CHC81115 – Graduate Diploma of Family Dispute Resolution course. Our students complete a 50-hour work placement and we check in with their supervisor from the placement to make sure that they have met the expectations rather than just relying on the evidence provided by the student through their log books and reflection journal.
That final confirmation is the power of 3rd party evidence.
As someone who had already completed the FDRP training & certification, but at a loss of where to go from there Joanne enthusiastically guided me in the right direction. Joanne has a wealth of knowledge about the industry and its quirks and suggested options I would never have considered. She advised about the importance of networking and the value of using my past profession as a specialty. I have no doubt Joanne advocates for both the novice and experienced FDRP and am very grateful for her advice. I will be using the Mediation Institute for my insurance, mentoring, complaints handling and as a vehicle for my professional development.
